It's kinda weird that I ate 1 can of soup (2 cups) for dinner and I'm just as uncomfortably full as I use to get after a large dinner with seconds. I am even craving something sweet like yogurt but I just can't bring myself to eat it...too full. Shrunken stomach does have it's advantages...

Also I started really trying to do some jogging in my walks. Jogging felt surprising good after so much boring walking. I can't wait until I'm jogging more then walking, it’s definitely more intense.

I completely understand. lol. I was really stuffed tonight from having Steak, potatos&carrots, and a serving of rice. ugh. Tasty but very filling. I didn't even eat a full serving of the potatoes either. haha. Did have 3.5 oz of steak though. :)
