Well I guess I didn't do as good as I thought I would. I went over my 20 carb count today, but on the good side I didn't smoke and I got my elliptical workout in. Two out of three not bad,

My husband just got a new smoker for cookouts anyone know if there are extra carbs with smoked meats?

Right now I'm getting ready for my night snack then I'm off to bed. I have work again tonight. Hope everyone had a good day.
