I have been doing well. I haven't been feeling great so I hope its because I'm staying on program. I have read some of the recipes and wow. I am definately going to try some of them soon. I don't cook a whole lot and I think some still be right up my ally. I have stayed under 20 net carbs a day with no problem and the really great thing is my craving are fairly well gone. Yeah Friday

Hope you get to feeling better soon! For those that don't cook, I recommend getting an indoor grill, like the George Foreman type. You can grill meat and veggies in no time at all, any time--usually in 20 minutes or less. We use our grill more than the microwave.

You'll feel better once you get over that slump. Most people get a day or two that they feel awful, it's the carb detox. Just drink lots of water and you'll see amazing results on Sunday! Good job!

thanks for the encouragement guys. Ihad a yahoo mpment yesterday. I was hosting 2 new supervisors from a production plant in China yesterday. My boss ordered in Pizza, which is a red light food for me. I ate the toppings off of a couple of slices and let it go. I was really proud because I really love pizza.

That is great that you stuck to it despite the temptation. I know what you mean about the cooking. I love to cook but hate to do it for just me. Make sure you are getting in enough water and eating enough.
