I'm back into my diet. I passed my PT test with a 93.5 and now need to work on losing more weight. I am going to aim to stick with a low calorie diet and lifting. My ankle hurts alot from so much running (I was up to 8 miles a day)so I need to start doing some JM videos for cardio and see how that works out for me. I am staying under 200 which is a great thing. Now time to get out of the 190s! I hope to break this new goal by Monday.... I have to really focus!
