Pretty much ate breakfast for dinner last night. Was craving cereal, so just did it. Calories were a little higher, protein a little low, and I didn't walk pups due to rain, but did fine overall. Probably going to take a break from all unnecessary social media for a few days. I get emergency alerts and whatnot through work whether I want them or not, so I won't be sitting uninformed in the dark or anything. Going to continue logging and swimming and taking care of projects at the house. Theoretically could work the weekend, hoping that's not the case. Going to start the swims tally tracking. Today will be #7, but we'll put only completed swims below. I have no weekend excuses because most of the social stuff has been cancelled.
