i developed shin splints in my left leg so i am limited in burning calories i'm eating salads and chicken no red meat lots of red and green peppers oins and garlic two eggs a day green tea i tried my exercise bike at the lowest speed and had to stop after 3 minutes and i feel light pain take some bufferen and keep the shin splint rap on

How about some hand weights? Get in a little upper body workout while you're on the mend.
