I have a big day ahead of me ~ cleaning and organizing cupboards in the bathrooms, getting rid of outdated stuff, etc., finishing my laundry, and planning my menus for the coming week. I find that works best for me (when I find the time). Some people track their food as they go along, but I find that I can stay within my points much better if I already know what I can have ~ then I don't have to think about and rush around looking for something to grab at the last minute.
I will be on the treadmill this morning for 30 minutes :)
