I have been a little more disciplined this week. David is not quite so poorly and I have been less stressed. It feels good to have just nudged under the twelve stone but it still seems a long way to go.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
