Sweating like a pig. Just thought i'd share, changed it up from the jillian michaels shred1 to the kickboxing w/ kathy smith.....much longer workout and more cardio....loved it. needed that boost. I can't lie I didn't exercise yesterday or sunday so I needed to get back on it!*

Yea, I combine shred with Firm videos and yoga and kick boxing. I also bike. I get bored easily, so it's good to change it up. Jillian has a new one coming out that I hope kicks butt.

Good for you on the exercise, I start fitness boot camp on Monday so I am excited. We can do this :)
