Was wanting chicken and waffles for breakfast...no waffles or waffle maker lol so it was chicken and pancakes for breakfast and it turned out amazing! And for only 315 calories I say that's a win-win for me! I made 1/3 cup of pancake mix (140 cals), baked chicken thigh leftover from lunch (135 cals), and light pancake syrup (40 cals). More spring cleaning to be done today, hopefully I finish it all, but I may not, still loads to get done, but I'll do what I can! Have a great blessed day everyone!
