I stayed at work for an extra 2 hours today, came home and cleaned up my apartment, did the dishes, worked out for 20 minutes (arm workout for 12, lower body workout for 8), stretched for ten minutes, took a shower.
I also ate intuitively all day and did a fantastic job because I'm not stuffed, and I'm not hungry, I feel completely satisfied.
So today rocks! And I'm probably going to bed soon because if I go to bed early enough I can wake up early enough to exercise in the morning instead of after work :)
