Banana, elevated. A pinch of sugar and cinnamon before cooking. Tastes like pudding, my kitchen smells amazing. Gotta say, and I'm not huge on brandy, but this would be great to accompany a really nice one. Would play well together. 400 degrees, 6 minutes. I think next time will be 7. And I’m quite serious about just a pinch of sugar. Just to caramelize, don’t really need the sweet. A little salt though, that might be epic.
