Good morning yall. Still hanging in there with the keto diet and doing pretty well. Have been keeping close to or under my calorie allotment and have kept my carbs around 50 or less. That's pretty good for me. My weight is bouncing a little; I was 176.4 this morning. I hoped that I would get that nice, quick keto drop but it hasn't happened yet. I'm attributing some of that to resuming my workouts and some inflammation of my muscles. I have returned to working out in the garage. I've done 3 hour-long workouts this week. I found that it was a little hard getting started till I got some heat generating. Overnight lows in the 20's and highs in the 40's. My hands got very cold and it was hard to keep a hood on. My hands seemed to warm up about half way through and I found a stocking cap for my head which kept my ears from aching. With overnight lows in the 20's, the concrete floor stays cold. By the end of the workout, I had pulled off my outer coat and the hoodie and was in shorts and a tee shirt. Once I got myself out there and actually doing the exercise, it wasn't really bad at all. Just hard to get started that first time or two. So, I will keep after it and see where I get this week. I'm ready to see another drop in weight..soon! Hope your day is awesome.

Good morning Donna- good job getting out there and doing the work. I have a garage gym that gets cold/ hot, too. I wear regular leather work gloves (full fingered, not cut off) to keep the cold steel from sucking the warm up out of my body.

Don't fret the lack of "weight loss," it will come. When I started lifting I dropped inches for 3 months before I dropped ANY (literal) pounds (NO JOKE). Hang in there, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!!!
