Oh it's Hump Day. I am so ready for this week to be over it isn't even funny. For some reason my energy levels have been low. There is no real reason for it, except the amount of time I spend on Netflix watching Arrested Development. I said I would be asleep by 11, and I was up until 1 trying to finish the first season.

Weight is down today, yay! 131 even. It feels good to be so close to the 120s. I can't wait for the scale to say 129.8, LOL. I have never been in the 120s (I'm sure I have, but I probably blew past it on my way of ballooning up to 200).

Food was awesome last night. I made some sort of mexican mix up, which is what I'm calling it. It was ground turkey, mexican corn, black beans, rotel, lime juice, Mrs. Dash fiesta lime, and this stuff it's from Badia and it's in the "Ethnic Food" aisle, it's Mojo marinade, and it is delicious. I threw all of that into a pan and let it cook, and then served it in a bowl with fat free sour cream and reduced fat cheese. It was delicious, but all the protein made me super full.

I ate a bit more than I'm used to yesterday, but I lost a little bit, and I'm going to yoga again tonight for a new class it's "Hot Flow Fusion Yoga" class. From what I've heard it's like a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. I've never done pilates before, so I'm a bit nervous, but hey, I like new things.

All in all, I can't wait for the weekend. I get out at 2 on Friday and then off Monday. Monday starts vacation month, and I can't wait. I'm off so many days this month, it isn't even funny. I'm off the 6th, 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 30th, and 1st. It is so crazy, hopefully, I'll have a lot of time to get things done and maybe even exercise (shock, awe)
