Oh, my another gain!
Gotta start exercise regimens and stay on it and not give up!
It is so hard when you have spent a lifetime of being sedentary.
Feeling very old and painful.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
