Still getting to grips with what kilojoules are in which foods again. Slacked off for so long but seems to be working a little. Thanks for support and birthday wishes. Hope everyone is going well with their goals.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
