I stayed on track but failed to log yesterday except I missed stationary bike 1/2 hour. Last night I ate 4 oz carrots, 85 grams cooked broccoli and 3 oz grass fed ground beef. Afterwards my stomach ached. Also made an "English Muffin" from 2 T almond meal, 1 T flax seed meal, 1 oz. unsweetened coconut, 2 T yam, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 7 g chocolate chips. Have made and eaten the muffin before but haven't had broccoli lately so am thinking maybe the pain was from the broccoli.
