Well, it's been a strange weekend as far as my diet goes. I've had no problem sticking to it these past few weeks so I can't explain why I threw caution to the wind and indulged a few times this weekend.
It was hard avoiding meals out but I'm proud that I did my research before eating - before dinner at Chipotle last night, I put together a chicken burrito bowl that came in around 550 calories (within my 400 to 600 range). And I'm being dragged to P.F. Chang's for lunch today but I've already selected the lettuce cups (510 calories) and a bowl of Hot & Sour Soup (55 calories). That will be more than enough food. Yum!
I'm losing weight more slowly now but I'm a thin girl to begin with so I guess this is normal. This round of Isagenix ends of August 13 and I plan on doing another month to get to my goal weight of 145.
