I plan to weight myself tomorrow. I've been doing low carb for 3 days, exercising consistently for weeks including being at a calorie deficit. Now, when I weigh myself tomorrow.... scientificly speaking, I should have lost some weight. However, I'm a lady, going through a ritual lady time, which can unfavorably tilt the scale. It's been 6 days since my last weight in. Dawn is coming. Truth is at sunrise.
