Out to dinner again last night. Made respectable food choices last night. It wasn't pasta, but it wasn't a slab of meat either. I tried to estimate the recipe in my food journal (hence the forbidden flour). A friend made lavish desserts, and I stuck to the berries (though I stuck to a lot of them). Still showed a trace of purple this morning, so I think I made it through ok (better than last week certainly).

Had a good bike ride today. Nice seeing 1000 calories on a 1 hour entry in the exercise journal.
