I'm going out with friends for the first time since I've been dieting tomorrow. So my question is, to drink or not to drink? Of course I would have only one glass of whatever, but I'm wondering if I should even go there. My formerly alcohol-loving self hasn't touched a single drop out of fear over what it would do to my weight and I'm not feeling ready to "get back out there." What should I do?

Well...I decided to forgo the drinks this weekend just to see if there's a difference (I'll be going to my first EVER sober baseball game on Friday). The past two weekends I've figured the drinks int my point totals, but didn't like the bloat effect or the way I felt afterwards. For me, it just doesn't seem worth it (and it seems counter-intuitive) to indulge when you're working so hard to cleanse your body and get healthy. But I don't really understand your personal plan, so maybe ask someone on the same diet as you?

My diet, like most, say stay away from alcohol. It's just up to me how strict I want to be with that. I think I'll just be a huge loser and not drink. Oh my God, I'm like a different person. Thinner and lamer. :-D
