@Aazifah ga ada cara khusus, kalo dada ayam yg lumayan tebel cukup di sayat2 atasnya aja, kasih bumbu atau marinade sebelumnya, lalu grill di wajan anti lengket aja, kalau punya wajan untuk grill sih lebih bagus lagi. Krn ini tanpa minyak, jd mesti pakai wajan anti lengket 😀
