My weight is creeping back up after my first week loss of 4 lbs. Current eating goal is to keep my calories under 3500 -- still high but a big improvement. Ketostix are still purple. I'm also consciously backing off of macadamias even though I love them. They're the perfect atkins food, but they work against my calorie goals.

Have been good at making a daily 1/2 hour walk part of my day. Need to do more for exercise though, got my elliptical in the basement along with dumbells and stretch bands, and my bicycle for weekends. I also have that unused gym membership, I should hit the official gym at least once a week (my weeknights tend to be busy).
