My personal trainer moved to arkansas! Ive got a week off before I start with a new therapist. My last session with Natalia I asked her that instead of a workout that I take notes about my exercises so I can go to the Gym on my own. She told me to write down my workout beforehand; to not bother with the machines; to pick 4-5 exercise that target different parts of the body, and do two sets of each, twice, so that it takes about an hour to complete. Usually when I worked out with Natalia I would be dripping and soaked from sweat by the end, and sore. Yesterday did exactly as she said. It took about an hour. I was soaked at the end and today I’m sore. 814 calories burned after I logged my exercise.
