I am so disappointed that I did not have the opportunity to exercise for the past two days. Apparently, my health/immune system is not cooperating with my diet/exercise plans.

If it's any consolation, at least I followed the golden dieting rules of 1) not eating anything past 6:30pm, and 2) consume less than 1800 calories per day. I hope this can at least offset my lack of exercise this week!

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 March 2013:
