Calories burned during circuit & dance fit classes! I love my cardio days, but have been trying to focus on weight training more! It is a hard transition, because I struggle with the idea that weights don’t show the calorie burn as much, but I know your body keeps burning for 2 days after! With cardio, I sweat and feel like I’m accomplishing goals! So, I’ve cut cardio down to a minimal, and have been focused more on weights, we shall see how this goes! Pray for me y’all, I’m scurrrrred. 😂😂

Lift heavier! Believe me! My heart pumps as if I’m sprinting a 10k! I sweat buckets and pant and grunt lol!! It’s great! I love it, when it’s over! 🤣🤣🤣
