Paperbackstash's Journal, 14 October 2019

Ugh I started with great intentions, tons of veggies and chicken -- unknown to me, a local Restaurant (Harry's Seafood and Grill) catered our lunch as a free gift to employees. I kept the portions small but the paste chicken luisiana (with cream sauce!!) is definitely calorie heavy, as did the soda I ended up having today. Must do better tomorrow! Ah well, at least it helped ease in Monday.

Ahhh when delicious free food ambushes you at work. You did great. Just do the best you can and move on.

Yes, really!! And my co-worker bought halloween candy I kept munching on. Ah, those enablers. Will have to make up for it tomorrow and move on. Le sigh.
