No weight loss drugs for 2 months but weight has been steady within 5 pounds or so up and down did tear up some Chinese buffet the other day lol didn’t help any
214.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For me, getting it To Go from the Chinese buffet (they give you a container and weigh it at the register) rather than dining there lets me eat foods I like without feeling like I have to eat 4 plates to “get my money’s worth.” 🥟 We’re all different though so that may or may not work for you.

Yes good advice but hard to make family do that so I just omad for couple days after

Wondered where you went. I had chinese a few days ago- 1st time since May. I definitely limit myself but worth it to me to work hard to enjoy it every few months. 😊
