The low carb biscuits are a keeper! DH and DD declared them winners and had seconds. I had them with steak and sprinkled some cheese and garlic butter on them. I am sure you could cook it in them but since was the first test of the recipe I did not want to deviate from the recipe. Thank you so much for sharing and the report Jaime! Chicken and dumplings is one of my favorite "winter" meals. I'll have to try them with the chicken this week. I sure hope you are feeling MUCH better.
