I am finishing my last piece of steak from the Casa for dinner tonight. There are sauteed mushrooms on top, but I did not keep the bearnaise sauce, because I did not like it. There is a thin, round sheet of something beneath the steak. It is delicious, but I have no clue what it is. I am leaving 10 % of my points for the day for this thing - whatever it is.
