I don’t know what happened. Not enough fiber. Shall I say more
114.0 lb Lost so far: 112.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don’t mice my weight up or down more than 1 pound per day because more than that is *usually* bathroom schedule issue. 🚽

It happens, our bodies are a mystery. I've learned to just be patient, it will work out in time.

Thanks guys, I know I needed more fiber this week but it just didn't happen. I will try to do better with that.
