@Brenda.Nana, do you have any idea how much you weighed in the older picture? What an amazing transformation!

Miraculum, some where around 500lbs I have working on this for a long time and I still have a long ways to go I have very good support at home my husband and Grandkids. At first it dropped off pretty easy but now it seems a little bit slower but they said that would happen.

If you could bottle your determination and persistence, you might achieve the status that escaped the grasp of the Dutchess of Windsor: Too thin, too rich!

Miraculum, Thank you somedays it's not easy most days it's not that bad but some days it's really hard for me still but I know I have to stick to it so I can be here to watch my grandchildren grow up I have three beautiful grandchildren and there are my inspiration.

Forgive my rudeness but weight loss via determination or surgery?
27 Aug 19 by member: FullaBella
FullaBella, you're not being rude it's an honest question and I'm going to give you an honest answer hars work and determination and a lot of willpower no surgery what so ever now I may have to have surgery to remove a lot of extra skin especially on my stomach but otherwise no surgery.
