Two of Matt's sons went home today and I didn't have to cook for as many people, which seemed to make the day much easier and a lot more relaxed than the past several days. I truly enjoyed the time that we spent with them all here and am glad for the visit, but also glad to be able to sit back and have some normalcy too. I will have to plan my diet and exercise a little better for our next visit so that I don't have to stress about it so much. Overall, I feel good about this weeks progress.
