Oh man getting back on track feels great. Ate so well and I’m full and satisfied. Kept to 2,000 calories just as I was aiming for. Hooray!

2002 kcal Fat: 68.28g | Prot: 100.04g | Carb: 267.16g.   Breakfast: Coffee Cake, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Sodexo Turkey & Cheese Sandwich, Macaroni or Pasta Salad. Dinner: Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting) , I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Yes I’m pretty proud of myself. It’s a wonderful feeling. And I’m back to maintenance for my weight! Good.
