I’m up, at em, bathed, dressed, and drinking my coffee and milk. I did not weigh myself today, I gave myself the day off. My goal is to have under 2,000 calories, since yesterday was 4,000. If I make it, I make it, if I don’t I don’t. I’m going to be resting my body again today, feet up, getting my swelling down and my circulation to improve I hope. These varicose veins are brutal. They run from my calves all the way up through my but cheeks! 🙄 I had made the remark to my doctor that I am older now and she said it has nothing to with age, but rather genetics. Fair enough, doc. I’m challenging myself to be accepting of my shortcomings. My flaws. I can be so critical. My 3rd trimester begins on Tuesday I believe. Final stretch. I’m bound and determined to finish strong. And by that I mean, it’s a goal of mine to only gain about 1 pound per week from here on out. I can do it.
