Amber I've kept calories and fat low and made sure to stick to exercise I knew my body could handle. I have a habit of throwing myself into exercise routines, injuring myself, and giving up on exercise for months at a time. This time I've been walking roughly an hour a day and if I can't do that for whatever reason I've used a stationary bike instead. That's it. Not saying it will work for everyone but I found my body really responds well
