I'm over 200 calories on my loss goal of 1200 per day but OK as matches my maint goal as had some red wine. Will adjust some tomorrow to bring back to 1200 per day.

Nice that with the work @ home this week and the past few weeks I am not facing an uphill battle to catch up this weekend inside my home. Sort of nice to take a break tonight spend some time with a friend and relax a bit. A stressful day @ work but the issues were resolved though stayed late to take care of them. Was nice to come home to a neat home and new socks ordered from Amazon on my doorstep. No worries over the weekend about work--so good.

With all the rain the yard IS behind --super muddy today after 3 inches of rain this am. May never get caught up this summer.

Updated my bio as I looked and it said 12-2018. I'm tired so hoping for 9 hours of sleep tonight.
