Not bad for the first week back at it. As much as I like seeing the pounds go away quickly, I know that taking it slow is the best route to keeping them off long term. Slow and steady.

Hey Beth, 6 lbs is GREAT for a week! I would call that big losses, I typically lost only 1 - 2 per week, even at my heaviest. But, I'm type 2 diabetic and 63, so I'm just glad to have gotten to goal and to be maintaining.

I was shooting for 1-2 lbs and would really prefer to stick with small but consistent losses as it is healthier in the long run but I am gonna take this as a win!
