A very depressing 2.8 pound gain very bloated as well this week hopefully it’s all fluid however I felt so sad when I saw that on my scale because I have literally gone to bed hungry every night and falling off the hunger pains and tried to eat right no adding table salt and still I gained 2.8 even tried to exercise some I didn’t get a lot done because my knees hurt but I’m working on it moving forward next week should be good news
