Well I seem to have succeeded in getting in the habit of jogging on my morning dog walk. I have small dogs, a Jack Russell terrier mix 4 years old, and a 9 year old shih tzu. we go at shadow the shih tzus pace. he also likes to stop sniff pee a lot, being a boy. so instead of standing around waiting, I jog in place. I use the Google Fit app and I love getting my full daily Heart Points on the morning jog. If I for some reason dont feel up to jogging, I at least make sure I March in place when the dogs stop. I dont get as many heat points, but I do get the steps and Move Minutes for that. Now if I can only get the habit of doing strength and stretch exercises done after work to stick. that's not a habit yet. work in progress.
