Not understanding this weight thing at all. I always fast on Mondays from food, just liquids to kind of shock my body. Then weigh on Tuesday. Yesterday, I was up to 153. I for what reason I don't know had an urge to weigh again today. This time it was 150. That seems very odd. I wonder if my scale is off. We will see next week. Will weigh on Wed. this next week.
