Omg I ate a ton this morning to stave off the anxiety and worry. I don’t do it often but it’s a good tool for me occasionally. That or grab 2 packs of smokes. 😳 So far I’m at 1291 kcal for the day!
Trying to decide if I want to do my workout or not. If I do then I can also do it Wed or skip it then. Either way Friday I’ll be in the gym so I can’t switch to T Th this week. Kids are in bed, it’s storming still and I feel like I need to do something while at the same time feeling like I need to curl up and sleep for a weekend. Difference in physically being awake and emotionally exhausted lol.
Either way I still have calories to make up. Lucky me :). I keep running through the list of foods I’ve had thinking I forgot to log it but I can’t think of anything.
