Learning opportunity...my carbs were higher than expected. I thought I had eaten meat and veggies at the Chinese restaurant. Turns out that the crabmeat and cheese I had sabotaged me. Imitation crabmeat is fish mixed with starch and sugar! I had no idea. Won't do that again.
