Hmmm figured out that the Apple Watch doesn’t track resting calories when charging. Well crap. No wonder some days it says I burn 100 kcal less even when all I do both days is sit on my butt lol. Gotta remember not to leave it on the charger for two hours anymore. Oh well, just a slightly smaller surplus I guess. Would be awesome when trying for a deficit but not so much on a surplus. JFYI for any new Apple Watch owners.
That said... good workout today. Sore AF. Wasn’t sore until Tuesday night. Workouts are MWF unless hubby is out of town then it’s whenever we can go with a day between. Sore all day today. Bad enough that it too awhile to feel like I could do any of the machines and not want to cry lol. So sore now that even my collar bone and neck are sore. Hubby said ‘that’s because all those muscles connect to your neck’. Not sure if he’s serious or not. Either way I need a hot bath and my masseuse. Bath didn’t help for long yesterday and it takes a week or so to get into the masseuse. I may be snuggling with the ice pack on my shoulders and heating pad under my back.
