I’m ready to get back to keto. FREAKIN CARBS! There’s gotta be a knack on the carbs and it seriously pi$$es me off. I just feel like I try so freakin hard and boom, too high carbs. Jeeeezuz.

Okay I guess vent over. I just feel like I should have lost so much more weight by this time. Got a lump in my throat fighting back tears right now.

The one thing I will say is that I was feeling really well when I was doing the keto. I don’t know but I feel so fat.

Hallo, lady deep breath. It will come off again quick if it came on that quick. Just have lots of water. Your trend is down!!!! And that is great
