just weighed in at drs. appt...been holdin steady for a few weeks. my muscles are defined and looks great, but i want to really GET muscles. my rdi went up 100 calories after my birthday in march. on Monday i was thinking abt switching my info from slow weight loss to slow weight gain cuz i know i have to eat more to gain but shit! my rdi jumped to 2700 from 2200. im just now getting comfortable with 2200. im thinking on my workout days shooting for 2500 and making sure my protein is on point. ive been gaining muscle this whole time I've been losing sooooo...ive been doing something right😉 I'll figure it out soon.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
