15 miles on the pedal bike Sunday afternoon. Slept like a babe! Feeling great today like every joint has been lubed up!

Sound great. Over six years I had a sore knee and hip that limited walking to only a mile or so. Then learned about how to heal a joint, and it's now been pain free for a year or two, and it feels like there is no limit with walking. Like you say, movement to allow nutrients to get in was a central factor, plus removing inflammatory foods.

Right On Diddl! And cycling is impact free! Met a guy riding yesterday that had to be 300lbs or so! He left me in his dust! Lol. Wow!
