Whoopee Do! Only .2 loss. Was so depressed last week I ate continually trying to feel better, then Saturday decided it is not going to look good, so I skipped the weight in. Thought I did some better this week, but apparently not so much..working to get back on track again!
285.6 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
