Lol! I’ve been googling Mexican stuff non stop!!!! Yummy stuff I tell ya!!!! We have a great little nook here owned by a married couple, woman is Mexican and the man is from the same island I grew up on in eastern Canada. Great couple who make the best food. On any given day, the lineup is out the door. If you go on a weekend, you better make a reservation!!!!

Oh yes. I know! I learned years ago how to avoid that!! With my own cultural food and Jamaicans (my hubbys roots) they both use it all!!!!! Like you, I never use up too much calories that way. Though I do like to lightly drizzle my salad with olive oil...but my other sources are avocado daily and nuts. Flax, etc.
