Hey guys and gals, if you want to add a total body calorie burner add Turkish Get-ups to your routine. I only use a 5lb dumbbell, and do 3 sets of ten on each side and they kick my butt. It's a great balance of strength and cardio endurance exercise. YouTube it for form, and view more than one. There are a lot of self proclaimed wannabie exercise instructors on there. Peace.
